The hotel staff was extremely helpful and fair. Beds were not so comfortable, however it was truly a really amazing stay.

It was surely a REALLY NICE stay. We liked that charming small hotel. Continental breakfast included breads, yoghourt, cereal, eggs and cheese. Pleasant view, a great balcony, super bed, too. Spotless place and courteous service.

No complaint, thanks for a very very good stay. The property was immaculately clean and minimal, had exceptional location and staff. The bed was comfy and it was great having climate control and soundproof windows.

Comforts of king room were fabulous - climate control, an individual safe and television. There's The Ribs within 10 minutes walk or so, loved their menu.

The hotel's right by livraria lello, also we could easily access estadio do dragao. Centrally located, easy access from Sao Bento train station.
